After your first stream, you unlock new social interactions and can even chat with NPC’s and gain followers/donations. But if your Sim has some clout (fame) prior to joining, then gaining donations comes easy and the platform is more lenient. New streamers are more easily banned making it harder to gain recognition on the Switch platform. When you are starting out as a Switcher, it can be a bit difficult and frustrating. Personally when I play The Sims, I love adding other means of income other than your average nine-to-five jobs offered in the base games and expansion packs. Enjoy!
